Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Earth's Fresh Finds. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products.

1. General Information

Earth's Fresh Finds is a small family-owned farm specializing in fresh, free-range eggs. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer local pickup and shipping where legally permitted. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh eggs, all sales are final. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will evaluate your request for a replacement or refund.

5. Product Quality

Our eggs are gathered daily from free-range hens and handled with care. We follow strict hygiene and food safety practices. However, as with all fresh agricultural products, natural variation in size, color, and shell texture is normal.

6. Consent to Communication

By submitting a contact form or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from Earth's Fresh Finds regarding your inquiry, order updates, or farm news. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Earth's Fresh Finds and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Earth's Fresh Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
